Weathering with You

      A movie that I really liked is Weathering with You which is called Tenkinoko in Japan. This movie is made in 2019 and directed by Makoto Shinkai. Hero is Hotaka and heroine is Hina. Nana Mori who is very famous actress now acted as a voice actor of Hina. This movie won the Academy awards in 2019. 

     First, hero's mother is sick and she is in hospital. When he is looking at the sky, the light come in and he follows the light, he meets a girl, Hina. She can control the weather and her emotions are linked to the weather. Hotaka ran away from home and was being chased by the police for committing crimes such as violence and shooting. They escape from the police with the help of adults and Hina's ability. Hina works by abusing her ability to control the weather, but one day, she gets sick because of that ability. As a result, abnormal weathers such as heavy snowfall in summer occur. After that, Hina says that the weather will return to normal at the expense of herself. Hotaka rejects, but his wish don't come true. She disappears. Then, He is protected by the police and returned to his parents. Three years later, he returns to Tokyo to look for Hina. Tokyo is submerged. He realizes that he changes the world and regrets it.

    This is story of Weathering with You. I like it because depiction is beautiful and this story makes me think about their behavior. I recommend you to watch it once.
