 I will introduce second organic compound that I like!!! Second organic compound is malic acid. The molecule has carboxy and hydroxy which combine with the same carbon. Also, it is known as optical isomer. Optical isomer is a compound that has a carbon whose four substituents are different. This carbon is called asymmetric carbon atom.　By the way, malic acid is used for acidulant and emulsifier. It is useful in our daily lives!!!

 I am in the faculty of science and major in chemistry. So, I will introduce two organic compounds that I like. First organic compound is Acetaldehyde. It is the second simplest structure with Aldehyde. Also, it is often used in learning organic chemistry. For example, it is used in the industrial method of ethyl acetate. In this method, Acetaldehydes play a role in the dehydration synthesis. But, Acetaldehydes are poisonous and have carcinogenicity against people. So, if you deal with it in the lab, you need to be careful. In my next blog, I will introduce another organic compound!!! 　  

 　I always eat lunch or dinner in a cafeteria of Hiroshima University. I often use Kita-1 Cafeteria. Today, I ate  Whitish Deep-fried Chicken, rice, miso-soup and vinegared dish. I think rice, miso-soup and side dish are the best combination. This is like Japanese food. It is considered the balance of nutrition and easy to eat. But, I sometimes want to eat Western food. In that case, we can choose curry and rice, hamburg steak and hash and rice from the menu. We can offer much choice!!! Our cafeteria is great!!! 

What is your favorite sweets ? I think a lot of people like chocolates and cookies , but I like cheesecake. I have two reasons. First, cheesecake is not too sweet to eat. Second, the flavor of cheese is good. Also, melt in mouth is very good. Finally, I will introduce good shop of cheesecake. I recommend The BAKE which is near Hiroshima station. The cheesecake tart is very delicious!!!

I have  nothing to do , but I have a lot of homework to do. I repeat this sentence in my mind. I always live a sloppy life on holidays. Today , I got up at 12 and eat noodles as "breakfast" . After that , I watched baseball game on TV. And I went to Coco-ichibannya , restaurant of curry and rice with my friends. After I got home , I am doing homework now. I want to finish my homework early next week ...
