My favorite organic compound ②

 I will introduce second organic compound that I like!!! Second organic compound is malic acid. The molecule has carboxy and hydroxy which combine with the same carbon. Also, it is known as optical isomer. Optical isomer is a compound that has a carbon whose four substituents are different. This carbon is called asymmetric carbon atom.　By the way, malic acid is used for acidulant and emulsifier. It is useful in our daily lives!!!

    Hello, I got interested in the organic compounds by reading your blogs! I didn't like studying about them, but I think it is interesting to learn about the organic compounds which are useful in our daily life.

     Today I listened to a podcast called  Life is tough for men . They talked about a man who failed to get woman in a club. The boy thinks he is cool , but  the woman thinks the boy is nerd in their school and the cloths which the boy is wearing is so bad. Therefore , the woman refuse to the man. This story says that we should not misunderstand like this.
